Suction excavators are the economical solution for applications

where a high risk of damage to existing pipelines or cables

forbids the use of conventional excavators and where

excavation by hand is impossible or ineffective.

 

Heitmann suction excavators can be used in areas of risk like refineries and industrial plants. All suction excavators are

equipped with gas detectors. The gas concentration is

measured continuously around the excavators and inside of

the collection chamber. If explosive gases were recognised the suction excavator gives the alarm and turns itself off

automatically.
